We just had a roof put on at a duplex we own. These guys were there before daylight and completed the job the same day. They went above and beyond also repairing gutters, replacing woodwork. On November 14th the crew from Family Roofing replaced my roof. They did an awesome job on the roof. They also cleaned up all the debris and even came back with big magnet boxes and walked my yard to get all the roofing nails. Thank you for taking care of my family home of 57 years.

Family Roofing provided outstanding service from the initial claim process through to the end of the installation, and they were never pushy about it. They went the extra mile to get our claim approved, then during the installation they went beyond expectations to fix some issues around our chimney. The installers kept the yard clean and made sure everything was tidy afterwards. We are highly impressed with the people and the finished roof installation.

Family Roofing is professional company that has been very easy to work with in replacing a family member's roof recently. Mark was very quick in responding to our request to replace the roof that was covered by an insurance claim as well. He did a great job in sending necessary follow-up information to finalize the insurance claim. The crew showed up in a timely manner and the entire job was compelted within a day and a half. Family Roofing was up front with the original estimates. I knew there was going to be some water damage and wood decking that needed to be replaced. They were up front on the repairs and pricing. They provided pictures of the water damage and repairs since I was unable to be at home at the time of roof the replacement. Everything went smoothly and completed in one day.

They worked with us throughout the entire process of getting our roof replaced. Our roof was in really bad shape. Not only did it need shingles, but much of our roof decking needed to be replaced as well as some rafter repair in the attic. The surface area of our roof is 5300 sq ft. They did a great job on the construction as well as the shingles. The roofing crew worked diligently and finished in amazing time. They took great care to protect the surrounding areas from asphalt and nails during the roof replacement. The Sales Rep, Mark, is the guy that you want in your corner when dealing with your insurance company. He worked diligently to get our insurance company to cover our roof and gave us the best prices possible on the construction that wasn’t covered by insurance. We are very pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend this company.

This excellent roofing company is a rare find! The products they use are of great quality. The workers are skilled and efficient, and they pay attention to the details of the house. They also take great care in protecting the areas around the house as they work. We also appreciated Mark so much. He was prompt, informative, and he walked us through the whole process, which made it so much less stressful for us.

I cannot say enough great things about Family roofing! They did an excellent job on our roof. A week after our new roof was done our sweet old dog Minnie disappeared. We used the roofing advertising sign in our yard to alert about our missing dog. We later learned a woman picked her up and gave her to animal control officer in Pendleton unfortunately he dumped our dog. Family roofing saw our sign on the lawn and our frantic search for our dog. Family roofing contacted me and offered money to add to our reward for the safe return of our dog. So if you are wondering if this company really cares about its clients they absolutely do! Needed a roof. I got four quotes prior to the last one with Family Roofing. I'm very picky about paying people to do anything on my house. I want things done the way I would do it. I didn't feel real good about any of the other roofing companies but after I spoke with Mark (sales rep) I knew who I was going with for sure. They was not the cheapest or the most expensive. Mark talked to me like a good friend that knows the roofing business, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered all my questions in detail, explained the process and stayed in contact as needed. His guys had a system and did a GREAT job! and I didn't even have to go behind them and clean up ( I checked of course) I would for sure recommend them for your roofing needs.

Our roof had hail damage from a storm in April. Family Roofing inspected our roof and determined there was sufficient damage to file a claim with our insurance for a replacement. Our insurance agreed to a partial replacement and we made the decision to move forward. Family Roofing had provided a quote on the job which was very competitive. We value local businesses and support them as often as possible. We went with Family for the job. We were told two days for the job start to finish which they did. I am very particular with my yard and shrubs. They did not break the first little branch. They cleaned up constantly and literally did no harm to my home or yard. GREAT JOB Family Roofing!

My sale representative was Mark. He was prompt with all request, knowledgeable about roofing and kept me informed on the installation process. The crew did an excellent job and did not leave until the job was complete and the job site was cleaned. They swept the area with magnets (in the dark with flashlights) until they were sure there were none. I was impressed with their work ethic!

The installation guys were great. They worked for 12 hours with only stopping once for lunch. They cleaned up 100%. Very hard workers. I couldn't be happier with the installation!

Called up family roofing and spoke to Mark. He setup an appointment the next day and came out. He was punctual and friendly and the pricing to install gutters was spot on what I expected. Joe and their guys showed up a week later and did a great job installing them. They also took care of a couple other issues while here for me. I contacted "Family Roofing" because I need a new roof on my garage. We setup a time which they committed too. The price quoted I considered to be an excellent value. The work was scheduled and they showed up on time and crew knew their business. They worked consistently and finished on time. The clean-up was done by the entire crew and left no mess. Update: we had some hail damage to our roof and the first roofer I thought to call after having been almost scammed by another company- was family roofing! Again they were outstanding. Angela was extremely thorough and even caught something the insurance company forgot to include and handled the entire communication. She was responsive, knowledgeable and thorough. Again Jaime was on sight when his team was here completing the work and overall just a wonderful experience.. I honestly didn’t even know the previous job done on our roof (from previous owners) was a shotty job until I saw how great of a job family roofing did! Professional clean lines, no overhanging shingles. They even fixed previous work that just wasn’t up to par. His team then spent a good few hours actually cleaning around our property! We’ve got little kiddos so that was really important to me. They went around for hours making sure to be as thorough as possible with large magnets to pick up any left over debris…our yard looked like we never even had our roof done! Honestly!! Not enough good things to say!! Precious review- Cannot say enough good things about Jamie and the team he has developed at Family Roofing. He was kind and understanding and even showed up on the job site himself to ensure everything was up to par with the high standards he sets as the owner. Wonderful business and they will have my business for as long as we live here!
